DRL Engineering formed DRL Refineries LLC and developed CCR Refinery in 2023 with 100% committed financing in 2024. Accomplishments of DRL Engineering are shown below and at DRL-Engineering.com. DRL Engineering has been in operation for 14 years, focusing on Owner Project Management and Owner Engineer type services. We have managed some 114 projects including 27 projects over $50M, and 12 projects over $1000M.
