The facility construction phase will create jobs for approximately 600 workers over 18 months. In steady-state operations, the CCR Refinery will employ some 200 full-time DRL CCR employees and 70 on-site contract employed personnel (security, maintenance, janitorial, accounting, and professional services). This is a total operations workforce of about 270 people, with a strong focus on hiring and developing / training local community folks for these roles.
